Any brahs know how to cure tennis elbow?

Been killing it at the gym, until recently where I have this weird pain near my elbow on the common extensor forearm muscle. I think it happened from heavy pull movements, as I barely can even pull myself to do a pullup wthout discomofort. Only bothers me on pulling movements, otherwise I can push without any discomfort. If it's chronic:
-slow eccentrics for high reps, 3ish times a week.
-stop doing what is making it worse and caused it.

Rest it-avoid the thing causing the problem, or try modifying the movements you do if you cannot stop. There are excises for it as well.

Just avoid exersies that aggravate it.

Do really lightweight work to target the muscles tendon involved to get blood pumping to it, but if it bothers you, you are using too much weight. It might feel silly and pointless but I think it does help. Still may take 6 months or so to go away. Collagen peptides might help, not sure.

Literally Rest.

All those arm joint injuries suck, because you just have to stop using that arm for a few months.

Add a few sets of med-light weight pronated and neutral grip curls to your routine.

You're likely feeling inflammation from an overworked tendon (no md), but if you can build up some of the other muscle fibers in that area they can take some of the strain off what needs to heal up.

Mine has been killing me for the last 8 weeks but I can't really rest it at my job so I just try to keep going through the pain.
