Lunges

There was this zoomer kid doing walking lunges with small weight dumbbells, but he was wearing a belt.

I don't get it, why use a belt during lunges? I'm confused. Maybe he was injured but he walked just fine?

That's odd. Maybe he was injured, although Zoomers are known to do weird things in the gym with their broccoli haircuts.

I've seen some do some stranger exercises.

Yeah it was odd and seemed unnecessary especially at that low weight

Probably because he likes the way his v-taper looks with the belt on… for other guys

I give people the benefit of the doubt and assume they're injured if doing something strange because I've been there.

brb using extremely light dumbbells for everything after rotator cuff/bicep injuries
brb everyone looking at me like I'm a freak
