They are catering to a generation that doesnt want to work, doesnt want to own anything, doesnt want any roots and wants the flexibility to walk away..

There is a generation of 72 million Americans (more if you add the xennials) that dont view the American dream in the same way their parents did...

This is a neat way for companies to get back to the 'company town' in the US. They got smarter though, rather than have the same company that you work for own your home they'll just have controlling interest in the companies that you work for and own your home. Don't have to mint there own money either since they can just have the fed do it.
