What's the opinion of being monitored closely at work?

Im a gas cylinder handler and every cylinder gets recorded and tracked. Every end of shift i walk by the managers office, and yeah ive been getting good vibes.

It sux and ruins my workflow srs. Natural instincts make you focus on the surroundings when you feel watched rather on the thing you are doing. A pfghaggot watching you is just distracting and can ruin the quality of your work. Not to mention it is disgusting since he may monitor you for his ghey stimulation

micromanaging is a dealbreaker for me tbh if i even SLIGHTLY get the feel that im being micromanaged on the daily im fukkin outta there

every single interview i've ever had one of the questions i ask is what the managing style of the manager is. depending on their answer it'll let you know ahead of time.
