Red meat bad for you?

Every time I eat beef, I always get a headache, can't sleep and my dick can't get up for some reason.

Anyone else? I'm starting to think I have an intolerance to it now. I'm fine with other meat, chicken, fish etc

Red meat should be fine for anyone, although some people get food allergies in strange places. IMO, the meat is fine but a lot of the antibiotics and drugs we pump into the animals, coupled with the wrong foods we feed them, that can make for a bad meal.

Try bison. Sweeter than cow, bisons are not injected with chit and only graze on grass as God intended.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

I was thinking about the hormones. But I'm fine with chicken and I'm pretty sure they're targeted too. I think we have venison in the UK, its expensive though. Any wild animals you can buy in supermarkets are hunted with weapons so you can probably get lead poisoning eating that ****. I think I'll try sticking to dairy, chicken, pork, fish. Beef really does **** me up though. Like I can't sleep, when I wake up in the morning I've got a headache.

You should just skip the red meat and go straight for the hot beef injection.

Quitting red meat was the best decision I made in my life. No more horrible indigestion and nasty ass heartburns. I feel so much better serious. Probably it’s something I developed later in life. I like red meat but can easily cancel that if it means better health for me. So do whatever works best for your body.

Look at tribesmen like in the Amazon.

The men will leave their families unprotected at great peril from countless deadly predators.

They will do this to hunt for meat to sustain them. They value it that highly and know it is so important it is literally worth risking not only their lives but that of their families.

They dont have any media around to tell them that its somehow bad for them to eat it.

I see no reason to trust the media.

Lol no

Red meat is one or the healthiest things you can eat
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

ive heard anecdotally from some people who would know that red meat consumption is correlated with mass gains. I am one who believes a complete protein is a complete protein but they swear by it that red meat is the best for gaining muscle.

Grass fed red meat is probably the single best thing you can eat. You may have some kind of rare health issue that's causing a reaction.
