Dikhead at my gym Part 3

Takes an entire power rack to do curls with a tiny 1.5kg plate at the end

The other 2 power racks were being used by people squatting

You are not allowed to curl in the squat rack if it’s less than 135, this should be an official gym rule

Nah, go curl anywhere else Srs

Power racks should only be used for

- OHP (135+)
- Squats (any weight)
- rack pulls (315+)
- rows (225+)
- curls (135+)

So what happens when you walk up to him and suggest he moves the barbell behind or beside the rack so you can use it for squatting?

Insidemane you should tell him you're a p3do and spend half your day talking about 14 year olds online and he'll probably move.

I honestly dgaf about curling in the squat rack anymore. It is one of countless cardinal gym sins that normies commit constantly without even realizing it's bad etiquette.

BRB working off the rack during rush hour over the most commonly used DBs.
BRB using two benches to do bodyweight dips.
BRB doing some ****gy time circuit workout in the middle of the freeweights area instead of the ****gy time mirror room specifically designed for ****gy time circuit workouts.
BRB couple workouts where they use a power rack for 45 minutes to do some retarded sloot workout the bitch found on Pinterest.
BRB nervous dudes shadow boxing whenever anyone who looks like they lift walks by.
BRB geriatrics using some pulley and/or machine for 2kg x 1000 x 5
BRB brahs setting up these outrageously complex supersets where they are simultaneously using three different pieces of equipment that have no correlation to one another.
BRB anyone who does the bitch hiss while lifting ever.

There's literally so much to get angry at in an non-srs amateur gym that letting yourself get rustled is just seethemaxxing if you ask me. You're not at some phucking barbell club OP, how is that lanklet to know he's not supposed to curl baby weight in the squat rack?

And instead of calling him out on it you come onto the misc to whine about it.

Reminds me of those hilarious comics that used to be posted here. The depiction of what happened in OP's mind and what actually happened.

It's a public gym.

Everyone has a right to whatever equipment they wish to use.

You dont like it? Buy your own equipment and train at home.

i am pretty laid back at the gym but i absolutely hate seeing dumbbells all over the place and having to search for matches.

lol at caring how other people use equipment.

lol at thinking you own anything in there.

Nah bro. I never do it unless there's another rack free for someone to use. It's just too convenient to use for Barbell curls to avoid purely because some 160lb ****** thinks it's against gym etiquette

Lol I’ve experienced most of these

I can let kids off, sometimes I’ll see 14/15 year olds do dumb chit and I’ll understand bc they are young af, but how tf can a grown ass man be so unaware of their bad etiquette, it’s unforgivable imo

I just waited like 30 seconds upon arrival and one of the other power racks became free, but I still had to snap a pic of this guy bc it was such a displayed of bad etiquette

@ 5 am in a decent gym you could do zumba in the squat rack and no one would care because the 8 others are probably wide open.
This is also true. Did my entire back workout completely alone @ 5am this morning at an absolutely pleb-tier Anytime Fitness.

I just do ez bar curls anyway against the wall anyway like this, i actually prefer it over the straight bar

But yeah, never use the rack
