New Job's Training is Weak

Got a new job around March and when I interviewed I was promised good training by the Training Coordinator, which really didn't happen.
I spent most of my time being trained by my other co-workers on day shift as she was, I don't know, too busy worrying about her vacation to train me I guess.

Just last week I went to my actual schedule (trained on day-shift since that's when the coordinator works) and the training still isn't there.

Constantly asking to be taught the necessary tools I need to succeed and constantly told "next time".

Any advice?

Should I just go about my day and teach myself and just get whatever knowledge I need on my own or push back & call these people out?

Enjoy the job, but the hospital I am in just doesn't seem up to standards on almost everything other facilities of the same work has.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated, MISC.
