Went on a 4 year binge with pills and just stopped srs

Withdrawals were real life hell but lol at going to rehab such a beta thing to do

I wish it was that easy haha. It is that simple though. I'm glad to be hitting 60 days in one week. I feel that I have grown more in the past 53 days compared to the past 53 weeks.

Never had issues like withdrawal before . When I do drink I drink to get pissed. Actually drank two Thursdays ago . Started at 6 pm and didn’t stop till 9 the following morning, as I had a dentist appointment.
My father drank pretty much every day , but I only get a craving once or twice every couple months .
I know I’m an alcoholic, but it doesn’t effect my job or life , so whatever
