How is this forum approved for Google AdSense?

Google AdSense requires websites to be 'advertiser friendly' and 'original' to be approved for monetization. I built a website this year and I couldn't get approved for those reasons, so how did Misc get approved?

I know the Misc has rules and everything but sometimes people still post inappropriate things, and a lot of the pics/videos used on this site were taken from other sites.
