Started taking Collagen II for joint pain and it's like a miracle drug

I tend to run 3-5 miles every day. Over the past 6 months it has been getting worse and worse. Someone recommended I try taking Collagen.

Started taking this chit and while it could be a placebo, I feel like I have had noticeably less creeks and aches in my knees and ankles.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.
