Rate Dinner

Threw a rack of ribs to smoke on the Traeger this afternoon.

Sprinkled on some dry rub.


In they go...


Pulled them after three hours to get them wrapped.


Slathered on some bbq sauce and laid 'em on some butter.


Wrapped 'em up nice and tight in foil, back in for another two hours.


Pulled them out after two hours and they looked glorious.


Chopped 'em up and devoured with mashed potatoes.

Yea, sometimes I throw them back in uncovered for another 30-40 mins to finish/char them, but I was hungry as fukk and they looked too damn delicious. Next time...
