Why are you scared of AR-15’s but not hands, feet, or fists?

An AR-15 is a killing machine

It’s sole purpose is too gun children down, they should have been banned years ago

Only reason they haven’t is because hillbillies shooting pop bottles with them will cry

It’s just a weak argument. I see so many weak arguments from pro 2A, and I’m pro 2A myself.

Guns are highly effective at killing. They’re designed to kill or incapacitate. Not admitting this just weakens the entire side, for which there are valid arguments.

I get the point OP is trying to make, but much like the exaggerated concept of "banning knives" hands and feet (and knives) have utility outside of killing people. You can get rid of AR....i'm sorry, "sEmI-aUtOmAtIc lOnG rIflEs" with minimal to no changes in how the average human lives their day to day life.

Funny thing about that 30k deaths. That’s more than double all gun homicides each year.
