Without clicking, this will be 100% fake just like all the other 'breakthroughs' in the last 20 years. We're too focused on curing AIDS and transgender research to be arsed with cancer.

It’s accurate, but it was a small subset of patients for a specific form of cancer. There’s a paper in the NEJM.

Still promising.

its legit. i believe it was a study on 18 or so patients with colon cancer by using monoclonal antibodies. all 18 patients are now cancer free, a first in history which is why its so promising.

Also, 0 patients required any sort of post treatment surgery or chemo

I read that there were no "major complications." I took that to include severe side effects. I dunno, though.

It's an amazing result regardless.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Huge if true. Hope they have figured out something. Although who bets the chemo drug lords will squash it?

What cancer does it cure? Specifc cancers or all cancers?

Now all we need is to slow down aging. I don't care about dying, I'd just like to have a 30 yr old body at 80

Hope it works out. Seems like every year some promising cancer treatment is heralded by the press only for it to disappear from the news not to be heard from again. But one can hope. Would be nice it worked out

. From what I've read, it isn't uncommon for cancer to shrink in size during treatment. Sometimes cancer goes away entirely only to return not longer afterwards, worse than before. I do find it ironic that the drug is a monoclonal antibody. When the governor of Florida began offering monoclonal antibody treatment against COVID, one of the arguments being made against the use of monoclonal antibody treatment was that it reportedly can cause cancer.

i'm sure we'll never hear about this again. Cancer makes BILLIONS for big pharma and hosptials and insurance. Do you really think they want a cure???? c'mon.

best cure is prevention. Stop eating damn sugar and processed carbs. Eat healthy foods, keto, carnivor, and your chances of getting cancer fall to 1800's levels.

but hey, want cancer? eat pizzas, burgers and stress out all day.
Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

I mean for sure, but not always. I would rather have the ability to completely wipe it out and make it a disease of the past.
