LOL! I get those a lot at work. I just ignore them. You're basically guilty of being striaght and white and are some sort of covert biggot without realizing it. They call it 'implicit bias' and stuff.

OP, you see, this is where you're short-sighted. You should tell everyone at work that you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community and demand more pay and less work, otherwise you'll sue the company for discrimination.
