2K16 and 17 had the best career modes, you can tell why they had Spike Lee write/direct the 2K16 career mode in an effort to make everyone sound less retarded. It all went downhill after that, when they started in on making the career modes all online centric with some online hub world.

Yeah all sports games have that story mode chit now. Just put in season and maybe manager mode, no need for that other nonsense.
