Anybody have any good full-body splits they use?
I seem to be able to stay relatively pain free and push myself when I use fullbody splits but I always stop them after like 8-12 weeks. Anybody do full-body at all?

workout A
squat, bench, deadlift
Workout B
Squat, shoulder press, row
1 or 2 rest days between workouts as schedule allows.
You can do variations as needed, incline bench, switch between barbell and dumbell etc etc Add accessories to the end of workouts, whatever exercises make you happy.
You can do as little as 2x a week, or 3.5x a week(meaning you go every other day). My first year of lifting I was doing this routine Monday Wednesday Friday, then realized instead of 3x a week at 156 workouts a year, I could be lifting 182 days a year by going every other day. Nearly a full month worth of workouts.
