Important question: what do you put in your omelette?

srs. for me its onion, mushrooms, ham, bacon, spinach, tomato, maybe some bell peppers srs.

(3) eggs
sliced mushrooms
scallions (or red onion works too)
(1) slice of Velveeta cheese (Note: I don't care that it's really not 'cheese'....it melts far better than others I've used and it tastes good in an omelette)
Salt & pepper.

turns out i hate omelets and I also hate people who add water/cream/milk/sour cream whatever to 'fluff' up their eggs. I don't want fluffy eggs. I prefer to fast scramble on high heat. Add cooked meat ontop afterwards

Ham and american cheese is my go-to, but any meat lover's omelette is good by me.

I'll eat one with some veggies or mushrooms, but I only order meat and cheese.
