Watching home prices decline gives me the hardest boner srs

Here I am on my couch,

Sipping vodka as I took 40mg of cialis,

Looking at stats and graph of home values declining and it gives me the hardest boner srs.

I’m rubbing my cawk as I laugh really hard at homecels srs

Last couple of days there's been nearly as many price decreases as new listings on the Central FL MLS. With rates skyrocketing and asset bubbles of all kinds starting to burst...my body, and my bank account, is ready.

Unless a home owner bought their house recently when prices were peaked, why would they care? Also what are the chances the recent decrease is a bear trap

It’s not going to crash like ‘08-10.

The US would need to have mass layoffs to occur in order to spur foreclosures. ARM levels aren’t the same as in ‘08.

People will have underwater mortgages, but they should still be able to make payments, preventing mass foreclosures. I don’t think that many people will declare bankruptcy to get out from a mortgage that they can afford, even if it’s underwater.

Except rates are continuing to climb, (expected to raise 3 more times this year alone)..so unless you are buying with cash, you aren't really saving..

Yeah, daily cost average this ****er and you’ll come out big in the long run.

I’m not retiring any time soon, so I can ride out this storm, continuing to invest and be positioned for some big gains once we switch into a bull market in 2-3 years.
