Peter Schiff might be the best orator I've ever seen.
dude talks extremely fast while maintaining high IQ logic and coherency. I have never seen him lose a verbal debate.

LOL, even after a huge correction BTC out preforms gold, HOLD and you win.
https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/...price-in-gold/
But most people buy high and sell low. Most fools buy when they here from their friends or news and that's usually the top, public is always the last to buy and sell.
I started buying BTC in 2016 $900 and will probably start buying again and plan on holding for years.
Peter Schiff is a broken clock been saying the same thing since 2009 or before and gold has a **** track record.

I really like Peter Schiff... But you guys have to understand he has been parroting this same BS for literally 10+ years.
Did he call the housing crash in 08? Yes.
how many years did he cry there was going to be an immediate crash and to buy gold? Literally for 10+ years. Yes eventually he was right.
What happened? Housing came back to new highs. Everytime he has said this about bitcoin? It has gone back to new eyes, every single time. His young son has outperformed him trading anyways.

BTC has been the downfall of most men. While some people that knew how it worked and played it correctly, or even just got lucky, the rest got destroyed. I know people who had all their crypto stolen. A dude that started the same time you did and can't even pull out his money right now because of the website (this was a couple days ago). People losing their life savings on it.
I bought gold and silver a while ago and it's just chilling. It can't just vanish one day. It's a physical commodity. Gold and silver are absurdly undervalued because of the derivatives market. Easy to manipulate, sadly. But don't forget bitcoin is too now. It will be much easier to manipulate and prevent big money making swings.
The other difference is gold is the reserve currency of the world. It is in itself a finite physical valuable. Bitcoin is just algorithms. So I would much rather be holding on to gold and silver right now than bitcoin unless I started when it was real low. I'm not the one getting wrecked in the market. It's a wealth protection for some of my money.

- Has been recognized as money/store of value for ~5000 years (Lindy principle)
- Only asset with zero counterparty risk
If we are entering the end game for central banks (which I believe we are), what is backing a currency suddenly becomes very important. Currently nothing is backing the US dollar, other than the promise of the US government which people are losing faith in by the day.
Meanwhile Russia has oil backing its' currency (note how the Ruble has appreciated over the last few months) and China likely has 20 tonnes of gold with which they will likely use to back a digital yuan in the next few years.
I can't see a way out for the Fed with inflation going to 10% and with the amount of debt in the system, if they raise rates any further something will break.
They will take the path of least resistance - stop raising rates and start printing money to prop up financial assets. Once this happens inflation is going to spike and people will lose trust in the currency and the people manipulating it. That is when I want to be in sound money such as gold or silver.

Watched his interview with the guy from Celsius yesterday, and I must say.
He was 110% on the money with all the margin debt in the crypto markets.
Schiff is a pretty smart guy.
