any good low fat high protein cake/brownie recipe?
so I did this one and instead of flour I put whey protein but **** it's all loaded with fat
basically 3624 Kcal and if I cut those calories on 8 slices it would mean 453 kcal per serving and like the whole serving is basically fat (80 percent of macros is fat due to butter, milk, whipped cream etc.) so basically 40g of fat,14g of protein,10g of carbs. **** it might be good for bulking but Im on recomposition. Gotta take 80 g of fat per day at max and this is 50 percent of daily intake lmao
any recommended recipes?

I like their recipes however I feel these are a bit too plain looking. Definitely ingredients have very low to no fat but too plain looking.

Unaware of any specifically. And using protein powder can create issues with baking.
You might look at the protein pancake mix maybe? I think there are "mug cakes" done with that.
Or often dates, applesauce, or yogurt/sour cream are used in place of oil/butter in recipes adapted to be low fat.

Imma try with greek yoghurt next time instead of butter.
Btw I dont know what the issue with whey would be in terms of baking I used to make pancakes regulary with them and only issue would be that they would stick too much on the frying pan and kinda fall apart lol but I used some crap oats instead of flour so I switched to different oats and they are godlike
