Is the way I leave tips probably annoying?

For any delivery I'll always tip like 2 or 3 dollars and change to make a nice round number as total purchase, and then I'll give the guy a few bucks cash when he hands me my food. For a total of 15-20%

Same goes for a restaurant or bar, I'll leave a small amount on the credit card and then also leave cash equaling about 18-20% if the service was good.

Maybe slightly annoying for the server or manager as they calculate tip outs. But the server should probably just pocket the cash since you tip enough on card to not flag for an audit.

However I do notice front of house are all greedy little shiesters who never hate counting their money.

Imo as a restaurant owner. I would rather servers get tips because I hate holding onto them in my bank account and having to give them away. Fuks with my calculations of how much cash on hand I have by like 10k
