Any white male I've known to "cheat" was doing so because they thought their wife didn't love them. I do not consider that cheating as it's sad more than some kind of sport sex.

He's talking specifically about people who are in relationships. No woman is going to cheat if she is in love with a man, unless she develops strong feelings for someone else (or unless she is mentally broken and has BPD or something in which case why would you be in a relationship with her). A man can 100% be in love with a woman and cheat and feel nothing about it. If a woman is in love with a man, she's only going to maybe possibly consider cheating if she catches feelings. That's his point. And he's right. It is much worse.

I was at a music festival this weekend, and one of the 19 year old girls was pissed off at her boyfriend and ended up fuking 3 guys over a 2 day period. I think one of them was just a guy who was walking by her tent and she pulled him in. She also offered to fuk me as well, but I know her boyfriend and told her no.
