Did some grocery shopping today and wondering about the same thing...
ground beef: $5 to $7 a pound [$7 is regular price for conventional at Kroger now]
boneless skinless chicken breast: $2.50 to $6 a pound or more [$2.50 is cheap family pack at Kroger]
boneless skinless chicken thighs: $4 to $6 a pound
bone in skin on legs and thighs: $2 to $4 a pound
pork chops: $4 to $7 a pound
I saw a BOGO for bacon today- regular price $9/get on free...um I swear the regular price used to be around $5.
And eggs all kinds seem to be at $3 a dozen or more.

Around here pork is still really cheap.
At least where I shop the price increases (from largest increases to smallest) are:
Fish went up the most overall
Chicken went up the most in terms of ratio of initial price to current
Beef went up but is oftentimes on sale so it's not terrible..
Pork almost no change for me.
Been eating more pork products lately lol.

When I'm lazy I buy a couple of them pick all the meat off, put them in bags to freeze for later. Then when I'm ready to eat it I just throw it in a pan with some eggs and rice.

When it's on sale, just stock up until you don't have any more freezer space

Winco and Aldi.
Protein powder used to get on Amazon from Ultimate Nutrition. 2lbs for $20 which was good until they doubled it. $40 for 2lbs and $80 for 4lb tub of theirs.
Glad I stocked up on that.

You probably live in a high COL area brah.
Chicken breast here is $2.50/lb
Ground chuck 80/20 goes on sale for $3/lb quite often.
Eggs and milks have gotten expensive as fak though. ~$3/dozen. Used to be <$1.50. Milk is ~$4.20/gal, used to be ~$2.70.
