When will people delete social media?

This is the only way to rid society of most of the issues we have today. Srs.

The world was a better place pre ********.

Will the misc be the pioneers of this movement?

Edit - Ive not had any social media account for 10 years. Have zero desire to use it.

I got rid of most social media years ago. Fb, insta, snapchat, linkedin. I have a burner insta to follow a few accounts for random things.

the fact people are still on fb blows my mind. Place is a cesspool.

I never had social media and i made the girl im currently dating to delete her social media as well. So im doing my part. Most people would see that as "insecure" or whatever, but meh.

I deactivated my fb and feel a whole lot better without it. Got sick of the endless scrolling, people being angry about politics, virtue signaling, stupid vacations, etc. it’s breeding narcissists.

Every single thing you post on fb follows the exact same rule no matter what it is. It’s all about how you want your friends, family, peers to see you. Once you realize that, you’ll understand why it’s silly.

I only had misc until age 23 when i got a phone but there was none of this social media crap back then

People all had good social skills back then too and weren't looking at their phones all day

I don't understand social media culture at all especially tik tok and IG what happened to just pure irl socializing/hobbies?
