opinions on my program? (reps)

going to the gym again after like a ~2 years break. its the fierce 5 with some changes.

I prefer B. Looks quite good.

I’d do front squats on A instead of leg press.

Then ditch leg curls on B and replace with leg press.

Training calves is cope IMO

You either have them from squats, deadlifts and genetics, or you don’t

my squat days are over due to some back problems (that good chances i got them from doing squats with bad technique..)

its almost all fluff work

work hard on the compunds you can do. That definitely means a variation of the squat somewhere. You are wasting your time without that

If you can deadlift and leg press...then squatting should be fine

Do Goblet squats till you can do the heaviest dumbbell in your gym for 20 reps then start back squatting
