Job A vs Job B vs Job C [Measly Reps] [Poll]

Tricky to explain, but I've got an offer at another company, and both my current management, and a whole other team's management in my current company are both trying to keep me. It might be a little early to post this, but I need to think fast.

Current position: $85k base, hourly, LOTS and LOTS of overtime opportunities, NOT on-call, been on the team 3+ years, 6% 401k match, work evening hours for 10% differential, 10% annual bonus, 95% Remote - go into office once a month. Manager loves me, but is disconnected from the analysts / team, doesn't know how to do things we do.

Job A: New company. $125k base w/ no sign on - still negotiating though, Salaried, might have some unpaid overtime, have to be on-call 1/3 of the time, 6% 401k match, unknown annual bonus but it does exist, 100% Remote. Manager likes me, and clearly gets deep into the weeds with things alongside their subordinates.

Job B: Current company, and same team. Counter offer. Unknown what it will be exactly, but potentially $100k-120k base. All else about "Current Position" remains the same. Potentially slightly more responsibilities too.

Job C: Current company, different team. AT LEAST $110k base pay. Hourly, less overtime opportunities, NOT on-call, still working evening hours for 10% differential, 10% annual bonus, 100% remote. Manager used to work alongside me at current position, and they both love me and respect me, they appear to get deep into the weeds on things alongside their subordinates.

Tough call. What does misc think? Get your free reps for posting your thoughts.

Job c for sure. Don’t think unpaid overtime and on call is worth it for 15k extra a year when you already have 6 figure base. And you still have some opportunity to make up for it with paid overtime and less stress.

I say job C also. You get a raise, not on call, 100% remote and you already know the people at the company.

Probably Job C unless Job B is a day time position and you'd prefer that. I'm assuming its evenings since you said all stays the same.

On-Call is something I would never consider, when I clock out, I'm done with work. No amount of money is worth a job interrupting your personal life.

Poll is even-steven with B and C but there's only 2 votes so lol.

Posts CLEARLY are in favor of C. I think I am too.

My question at this point is, I'm still waiting on external company from Job A to come back with a potential salary increase to like $130k-135kish, and/or maybe a sign-on bonus. Let me know if this would suade you?

Not for me. Unpaid overtime and 1/3 on call is a huge no-go. "A Little" unpaid OT can easily turn into a 55-60 hour work week.

C > B >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> A

could swing B over C if company politics would shoot you in the foot long term, or you much perfer the work at b over c. Sounds like company actually values and respects you so would highly recc staying with them and not hold your offer at A over them much at all.
I dont give a f*ck about a b*tch on the internet
