Anything better than spending Friday night at the gym?

I've been doing two a days lately whenever I can feels good.

Other day I did two hours full body and about an hour cardio then came back in later for 1.5 hours full body and thirty minutes cardio.

That also includes about 20-30 minutes stretching both times, obviously I'm not going balls to wall heavy but I always go intense enough that my shirt is soaked in sweat by the time I leave.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.
