Goes with anything, better macros than rice and are cheap.

I had forgotten all about baked potatoes for several years now I eat one every night . Throw some cheese on it and bam.

It's boring kinda like chicken breast.
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Baked potatoes are pretty soft, though. On the other hand, they are kind of small. OP, explain yourself. Where are you getting supersized mutant potatoes you can use as a pillow?

I have like four a week. I do them like six mins in microwave then finish them in the oven for the crispy skin.

Some butter and salt and pepper and that's all you need.

I don’t understand why anyone would “sleep on” baked potatoes. So, you use them as a pillow? How does this work?

Next time you order Chinese food takeout take as many chopsticks as they will give you. EZ mode for cutting them.

Steak, eggs and baked potatoes is the go to meal.
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

I use kabob sticks or two wooden cooking spoons.

Potatoes are goat for clean carbs. Mashed, par boiled, baked. Never understood the bodybuilding focus on rice when potatoes are much more diverse.

Baked potato with sour cream. Potatos are pretty bland on their own though. Always the side piece, never the main meal. Except maybe mashed potatoes (with soy sauce)
