Dig deeper, brahs.

Down the in the deepest, darkest hole is something that would glimmer if you shined a light on it.

You know it's there. You can feel it, beneath all the muck and the **** you bury it with.

Spend your days tirelessly trying to cover it up. Beseech the world to give to you what you have deprived from yourself, using every trifle afforded you to further entomb the treasure you refuse to dig for.

In the depths of your being lies the things that can free you from this external world that has captivated your soul.

Patience, acceptance, fortitude, perseverance, all these treasures you hide from sight, but you cannot keep them from invading your imagination.

Lifetimes are spent thinking of what could be, what could have been, what should have been. No matter how many baubles and trinkets the world offers you cannot pay the cost of denying your self.

You are an individual. You tread this world without and your world within, occupying them simultaneously. That is the dichtomous nature of this life.

We are both alone and accompanied at all times . The vessel which we occupy, and which occupies this world, can be both a vehicle and a prison.

We're all looking for someone that has found the keys. That somone who has dug deep enough so that outwardly they become a beacon and they let us know that our captivity does not have to last a lifetime. We can free ourselves if we offer everything we have rather than demand everything we believe we do not have

Don't feel sorry for yourself. Dig deeper. When the world asks what you are worth, dig deeper. When you doubt yourself, dig deeper.

The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope.
