How to add avatar?

Misc management let me make a new account(was under the gay name JuicedMayhem before), got locked out somehow. Can someone plz tell me how to set an avatar?

Takes a long while for the pic to show up. Also location is busted. Even if you change it, it will stay on the original one you put. Hope you like the pic you used. You can always add a new one, but you’ll never be able to actually delete it lol.
