Do you tip bathroom attendants?

I absolutely hate when I go somewhere that has a bathroom attendant camped out in the bathroom.

I can pump my own soap and grab my own paper towel. I certainly don’t see it as a service that should cost me a dollar. So needless to say, I don’t tip the bathroom attendant. The guy will usually glare at me, but I didn’t ask for the service, nor was any service rendered, so why should I tip?

Of course. I ask them to clean the toilet seat because I don't like going #2's at my house. I drive up the road to the country club and **** in their toilets so mine stay pristine.

i definitely prefer that they not be there, but tbh I feel bad for them and they've always been pretty nice so I do tip them a couple bucks

So now whenever I realize the bathroom is guarded by a poverty ****, I just piss, wash my hands, wipe them on my pants in front of the guy and deny any "services" from him or a "tip". Even if I have to chit, I just piss and leave. So fuking stupid to have these people.
