Switching to calisthenics for a while

Calisthenics one day, cardio the next

Been getting overuse injuries from heavy lifting, mostly the tendons in my left elbow. Lifts also haven’t improved in 6 months despite bulking

Physique looks decent but wanna cut some fat. Currently 6’2 195-198ish around 11-12% and wanna get below 10%

Anyone else switching to calisthenics? Let’s get shredded srs
