Liverking

I get why people hate he’s obviously a fake natty and sells bs supplements and I’d a fraud just like everyone else in the fitness industry.
But he actually has a lot of good advice if you look beyond that. the 9 ancestral tenants are legit don’t let your hate for his fraud keep you from changing your life for the better
