Never drinking again

Don’t know what happened. Drank some beers on Sunday and never felt this sick in my life. Yesterday I was spinning the entire day and throwing up. Now I feel like crap because I laid down so long. Finally got my appetite back so I’m gonna prep some meals and do a light workout. Feels low to get that sick. Luckily I had pto at my jobs so I’m paid but damn. Used to drink 30 beers and get up at 5. Guess those days are over with

If you are going to drink all day...

My tennis and golf buddies tried to get me to drink select 55 for a few years. Its 55 calories and half of the alcohol content. You can drink all day, have a nice buzz with no hangover and get half the calories.

The reason most of us drink all day isnt to get trashed, its that you want the repetitive behavior of physical drinking a cold beer. I used to laugh at my friends when they drank 55 but now I realize its the answer for some situations.

You could be right. The thing is I actually love the taste of beer. Usually I’ll drink a Gatorade before bed and I’m fine but damn not sure what happened. I also eat a ton of stuff too so maybe I ate something bad. Just know it’s a crappy feeling.

Same, went out for networking Saturday and it ended up into an all night drinking situation. Not only was Sunday bad but still also felt like sh-t yesterday as well, which normally only happens with drugs.

Just turned 30 about 6 months ago lol this sh-t is not worth it. Used to get trashed and be shooting hoops by the next afternoon...those days are clearly gone.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

I quit almost a year ago and wake up early every morning feeling energized, fresh, and happy. No post-drinking depression/anxiety. And I don't think I could get above like 11% bf even if I tried. Shredded effortlessly. Smarter, happier, healthier, more alive.

There's another way guys, but unfortunately it'll probably take a whole lot of pain to get you there.

Alcohol lowers your consciousness, crushes your soul. That's why it's so acceptable.
