Shoplifter: You all profile black people every day
Cop: Everyone who shops here is black!
Honestly, that cop seemed a bit green to me. You could hear his voice was shaking when he realized he would have to use force to bring her in to custody. A veteran would have probably tazed her shortly after the 40 second mark.

I would never get grounds for arrest off some minimum wage clerk.
No Loss Prevention here? Okay then, no continuity of the incident from a credible source (LPs would be on file with a history of good arrests). See ya!!
"Bodycam video shows a police officer tasing a woman who was accused of stealing from a Publix grocery store in Jacksonville, Florida on February 4, 2020. An employee called the police saying they believed that the woman stole from the grocery store. Upon arrival, the woman told the officer that she had a receipt but refused to show him and accused employees of racially profiling her. After questioning the woman multiple times, the officer stated he was going to arrest and tase her, which he did shortly after. Following her arrest, the officer found the receipt that proved she rightfully purchased the goods. The woman later sued Publix for $50,000 in damages. The case was dismissed with prejudice by a Duval County Florida judge in December 2021."
Everyone involved here was low IQ except the lady in the video. Played her cards perfectly and cashed out.

The cop is wrong. She didn't commit a crime. She doesn't have to show her ID. She doesn't have to show her receipt.

So did she steal?
Either way, if a cop tells you to do something you do it, right or wrong, you being innocent or not. This is the way of the world.
Any idiot, innocent or not, who refuses to do exactly what a cop tells them to is a moron and deserves to get shot or tased

I'm shocked she actually was innocent in the end, but she was dumb as hell for not just showing the receipt. Otherwise why would the cop just let her go?
