At what point does America qualify as a 3rd world country?

there is a 50% chance they will even catch your murderer in 2022
compared to almost 90% pre 1965

Probably 70% lives below modern developed countries in standard of living.

I'm not really a fan of the US. Capitalism works. I think healthcare and foreign investment need better policies.

I also think some common values make sense, which I suppose connecting accomplishes because state enforced culture is difficult.
