How serious is careless driving?

There’s this stupid round about by my job that no one goes around because you can just go around it but there is a blind spot and with not a darn soul around d a cop is there and gives me a careless driving ticket. How serious is this? Can it mess with me getting a cdl?

Very srs. Who would want to hire a new cdl driver that recently got a careless driving ticket. Might as well find a new career or you’ll have to find a company with chit conditions and low pay

I know careless driving is a lesser offense than reckless. About to try and go up there and see what’s up. They better get everyone that is doing it. When I tell you everyone does it there will be a line uf of 50 people doing it. Story of my life

Maybe look into getting a lawyer? When I was 18 they tried to give me two dui at once, open intoxicants..I got it reduced to not carrying a license on me.

They also dgaf if everyone else is doing it or not. They got you. I got a ticket in Cali for j walking in a crosswalk with no one around, but I didn’t have a walk sign. While he was writing me a ticket over 5 people were j walking, not even in the cross walk. I pointed it out and he said he didn’t care. Srs wtf

If you are trying to get a CDL then its worth it to get a traffic lawyer. they arent that expensive as far as lawyers go and they could get it reduced. dont try to do it yourself, the game is rigged, basically the courts will treat it more serious if there is an actual lawyer there
