Eggs for breakfast, what do you do?

Im getting back into cooking eggs for breakfast, typically I would fry up some red peppers, tomatos and/or green onions to go into an omelet. Seasoned with just pepper.

How do you guys do yours?

What kinds of things do you guys have with eggs as sides?

Mix them with protein powder and make protein pancakes.

Or just scrambled.

I just do cheese omelettes usually. Skillet or griddle on stove, whip eggs in bowl, lightly oil pan/griddle, when thickened flip over and add shredded cheese(bags of trader joes mexican blend), and fold over into omelette and finish cooking. Cool thing about these basic omelettes is you can add whatever to them. Eat plain, or add some avocado slices and Tapatio sauce. Or as you mention sautee whatever veggies you have on hand and add to it.

Pro tip: instead of salt and/or pepper, add Trader Joes “Everything but the bagel” seasoning to the eggs in bowl before you whip.

If your pans suck for flipping omelettes make a frittata with spinach and feta cheese and eggs.

Less bioavailability of the protein = you need to eat ~35-50% more to get equivalent protein of same eggs cooked

Also I prefer to just fry them and eat with meat and some type of carb to sop up some of the egg yolk.

Over easy on sour dough toast, one or two in a collagen shake, or scrambled with sausage or scrambled/sausage on a tortilla.

I drank like 12 eggs a day for months at a time boyo. Just saying Theres a reason it’s easier to drink them than eat them.

I can barely get through 8 cooked.

Boil 4-6 eggs for 7 minutes. Put into a cup with real butter, not fake spread chit. Add salt + pepper. Eat. It’s quick, easy and tastes goat. Try it.

I tried it once Gordon Ramsey’s way. Keep in mind, I don’t know jack chit really about cooking. You basically cook the eggs on low in a pot andCONSTANTLYstir them…basically to where they cook to a more smooth texture. Once they get there, you immediately take them off the heat and put a heaping spoonful of crème fresh (I used Greek yogurt) to stop the eggs from cooking further. To make it easy on yourself for flavor, you can sprinkle some Italian seasoning in there with some salt and pepper. I’m telling you bruh, it’s the best tasting eggs I’ve had.

Sunny side up a lot of times. Cast iron pan, low heat with a lid on till the white are solid and the yokes are still pretty soft.

I usually do fried eggs with salt and pepper, or make my own bacon/egg/cheese/pepper egg bites in the oven using a small muffin pan. Easy to just reheat in the morning and easy to consume on the go. Tastes fookin good too.

I'll hard boil a couple dozen over the weekend and throw a few into the blender with water/milk and some peanut butter powder for a quick shake in the morning.

Sounds gross as **** but you only taste the peanut butter, srs.

My uncle does the below (minus cheese) and I think it's optimal tbh.

4 eggs
Some skim milk and cheese
Scrambled
Microwave 85 secs
Stir
Microwave another 80-85 secs
Stir
Yum

Only use one bowl and one fork for everything. No need to go to a pan as well.

Bout 1.5 tbsp of butter in the pan

Fry 4 eggs to "over medium"

Salt and pepper if I'm having toast. If I'm having oatmeal then I eat the eggs with hot sauce (smack ya mama jalapeno is my current go to).

I have a container of diced spam. Throw some in a pot with diced onions and fry it up. Add eggs and scramble them.

If you dont like span have sausage.

The real trick is the seasonings.

Salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. I put it on after the eggs are on the plate. makes a huge difference in the taste.

4-5 eggs fried over easy in butter at low temp, don't skimp on the butter either. just enough heat to fully cook the white, but leave the yolk unharmed. hnnng. scrambled is fine too but not as good
