gained weight because of meds.

i was wondering if its easy to lose that extra weight from these meds i take.

i look at myself in old pictures and it makes me cringe. I need to diet and workout asap.

Just get covid, OP. I’ve got it rn & forcing food down sucks. You feel too chitty to eat, food is 100% tasteless except certain things that taste & smell like bleach on rotting flesh, & you burn cals just sitting around trying to fight the virus. Cutting on easy mode
