I dont want to sound dramatic but I really feel sick from worry right now. 11 years ago when I ended a relationship I was accused of attempted murder and rape. I did not do that. Now 11 years later this person is accusing me of going around in my truck and following around this person and threatening to kill them. I have not seen or spoken to this person in over 11 years. The police are acting like psychos when I called to ask why officers keep coming to my house banging on my windows. They first said they did not do this. Then after I said yes it is on my security camera they said they only lightly tapped on the windows because I didn't answer the door. They never knocked on the door. They bang on the windows and sometimes use pieces of metal I think it is a coin but I do not know. Now I got a letter saying I am eluding a restraining order and has all these insane accusations I do not know what to do I am in fear for my life.

Weird things have been happening to me for the last 5 years or so and I didn't even tell anyone because it has all been so odd I dont want to sound crazy. Now I am putting the pieces together and it has likely been this person behind it all the whole time. I am actually afraid someone might shoot up my house or something. 11 years ago when the rape accusations were made I was getting death threat voicemails that the police would not take seriously or listen to. They just wrote on the report "unwanted phone call from ex girlfriend" but it was male voices leaving the voicemails and saying things in them like "that purple shirt makes you look like a f***ot" and things like that when I was wearing a purple shirt that day. I do not know what to do I feel sick.

I looked up when my truck was towed because I remember I bought a AAA membership right after that happened because it took 3 hours to get a tow truck and the date of the membership helped me find the tow transaction on my bank online banking and the name of the tow company. I called them and they acted odd because I explained why it would really help me if they can find the receipt with an odometer reading on it. I think they did not believe me and think I am trying to sue them or something and they said they can not look that far back

I did get my oil changed at walmart as well but I dont know if they have an odometer reading in the computer

I used the tag people mark threads as serious but nobody took me seriously I just really do not have anyone to talk to. I had a friend but haven't seen him since 4th of July 2017 and my other friend moved to michigan but we didn't talk much after he moved and I found out through his dad he had drowned and died last june and I dont know who to ask for advice. My mother is the only person I talk to on the phone sometimes but I do not want to worry her she already was getting weird calls from a private investigator and people claiming to be the police looking for me. I told her not to answer any unknown numbers and immediately call *57 and then the police if they leave any threatening voicemails.

It is impossible for some of these claims to have even happened in reality. I am not a doctor but I know from doing the fake mcmap mma training joke of training in the marine corps that strangulation to the point where it cuts off air circulation causing someone to pass out usually results in a fractured bone in the throat and usually kills the person. The girl/ woman that made these claims did not know how choking works in real life and based her story on things she saw in movies. In real life usually people lose consciousness in a choke hold from the blood circulation on the side of the neck being cut off. My truck is broken. I have barely driven it anywhere in the last 2 years since january 2020. It is above my ability to diagnose. I tried a bunch of things but can not figure it out. It could be I need a new charcol canister for the evap system or something wrong with the transmission but I have not had it looked at. I have not gone further than a few miles from my house to the grocery store and to the 7 eleven down the street. I do not leave my house. My hair looks insane like I am ronald mcdonald or sideshow bob and I look like a crazy person because I have not left the house. This makes me look guilty somehow even though it would make most people realize I did not leave the house to find this person somehow and drive around following them. I do not know what to do. I am waiting on funds for a lawyer but this will take a month at earliest. I applied for the STEM rogers extension for the GI Bill and after I get accepted I will be getting a refund for the college I am in I paid with my last bit of savings but that can take a month at least, likely 2 months.

Ive had people try to push bs on me a handful of times, i didnt stress about a gotdam thing. They might question you but just tell the truth and dont chit your pants or overthink about how you speak. If you do that you might give mixed signals and they deepen the investigation.

You had good advice from myself & others here saying you need to stop ignoring the cops, lawyers & private detective & contact them. The police will be the ones to verify your claims, so why are you making another thread a few days later saying exactly the same things & asking for advice when you had 2 or 3 pages of it on Sunday? I got intoxicated and looked up her mother on the internet and called her asking if she could get the attempted murder and rape blog posts that show up when you google search my name deleted. Now they are claiming all of this stories of me driving around following this person, saying I called and threatened to kill her, illegally used a police family member to look up my information in the Florida DAVID database to fabricate this story. The cops are acting like psychos and lying to my face when I have them on video doing the things they deny doing so yes I am afraid.

For this sin of calling her mother asking if she can have these blogs removed I am now being faced with terrible charges of crimes. I had a legit purpose of calling her but if they wanted to charge me for harassing phone call that would be far less than death threats and stalking x5

I legit called the cops asking what the hell they wanted and they would not tell me. I'm not hiding I just did not know what they wanted and was afraid because of the way they were acting so I never go to the door when someone sounds like they are trying to break my window with a piece of metal without announcing themselves as police or leaving a business card or anything

Are you retarded? Why would you contact her mother? You should have contacted the blog host to see if they can take it down & if not pursue legal remedies to try to make it happen. Since you are not named in the blog why would it bother you anyway? It isn't like any employer is going to see it if you aren't named is it? I looked at the blog & didn't see your name mentioned & if it was then she would committing a crime if you are telling the truth about a judge dismissing the case.

Actually what you posted were a few stills that showed very little. Either you are trolling or are mentally ill & your behaviour really is indicating you have been stalking/harassing her & her mother are hiding from the authorities.

In high school I broke up with a girl to date another girl. I was walking down the hall to go to a school dance. My Ex walked up behind me and slapped me in the face in front of a group of her friends. It caught me totally by surprise and based off of instinct of being slapped, I slapped back. I didnt even look who it was that hit me and I had no ill intentions towards her. I was the one who broke up and walked away and she was actually a very nice girl. I would have NEVER hit her if I realized it was her. I just blindly slapped after someone slapped me.

I was called into the principals office and there was a Police officer. She had gone to the principal and said I had assaulted her and conveniently left out the fact that she started the incidence with a blindsided slap. The principal informed me they were considering charges. When the rumor went around school the janitor somehow found out about it. Im guessing she was cleaning the restroom a few feet away from where it happened. She went to the principal and he called me in and apologized for the confusion...

Did anything happen to her, or her friends for the false claim, nope.
