Novax Djokovic denied entry to Canada

MONTREAL (AP) — Novak Djokovic withdrew from the upcoming hard-court tournament in Montreal on Thursday because he is not vaccinated against COVID-19 and is therefore not allowed to enter Canada.

By the same reason, as things stand now, he also will not be able to compete in the U.S. Open later this month.

Djokovic, a 35-year-old from Serbia, has said he won’t get the shots, even if that means he can’t go to certain tournaments. He missed the Australian Open in January after being deported from that country and needed to sit out two events in the United States earlier this year.

I spent 4 months traveling to various countries this year and the only country to ask me for proof of vaccination was canada.

Truly cucked. That and air canada was the worst airline I've flown in recent memory.

Interestingly, Australia just opened up to everyone. Zero restrictions now from what I've read.

Yeah except Quantas and Virgin Australia require it to fly so you'd have to fly in on a foreign carrier and no domestic flights once you get there.

afaik though only US and Canada still require it for entry of non-citizens.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's still required for non-citizens here unfortunately.

Montreal, where he was headed, always makes up their own more strict rules. May as well be a different country. Montreal had strict curfews for months at a time. I'm pretty sure Montreal is where the cops were arresting people during the holidays for having more than 6 people together indoors.

Monkey pox is nothing more than a simple rash that may be located on or near the genitals (penis, testicles, labia, and vagina) or anus (butthole) and could be on other areas like the hands, feet, chest, face, or mouth. A little makeup conceals everything. It is just a normal and healthy side effect of the Pfizer, Moderna, and J & J covid-19 vaccines.
But I personally wouldn't worry about it too much, as it will disappear on its own...after your face bursts.
