Do gated communities need an income verification for you to enter?

Not to live, but to just like drive through. There's a number box by the gate and I thought maybe that's what it's for.

Nah that's merely a rentcel requirement. Being able to buy chit is all the proof you need that you're rich.

In fact rich people don't even value wagie bullchit like incomes, they are the asset class who has investments, they don't need paychecks or any of that normie bullchit.

Incomes is for middle managers who need to finance their middle ground BMW.

I live in a gated community and can confirm that keypad is to keep poors out. It's set to six digits with the first digit starting at 3.

I live in a guard-gated community in LA normally just pull up to the gate yell my name to the security guard and he lets me in but they recognize me and my car by now
