Some ppl are terrible ppl who get off on this chit.

Some ppl have a useless undergrad and law school is a chance to redo.

Some ppl grew up with a rich lawyer uncle and thought it would be a chill gig.

Relatedly, apparently Donny2Yucky wants to go to law school now....

They see some Law & Order, or whatever, and think it looks cool + the idea that it's a guaranteed high status/paying career.

IDK. I work in Federal Contracting/Acquisitions and have had to take classes/training where we've had to go DEEP into all of the legal shyt/regulations/policy (which there is an absolute fuk ton of). Fuark it's painful, and 3+ years of schooling doing similar would suck, and then I imagine a career of it likely sucks hard too. I would think some areas of law are possibly pretty interesting, but idk.

I took a few intro to law/business law classes and its pretty helpful. Especially understanding contract Law. Real easy for folks to get into business or a contract and get screwed over because they don't know

Wood not recommend. Some classes weren’t so bad, but it’s the competing against the entire class, every class thing because there’s only a certain % of good grades to go around that sucks.

A pass /fail school like Yale might’ve been fun

i've been banging a real estate lawyer and she makes pretty crazy $ and doesnt seem to be too stressed out about work but she is older and has been doing it for 20 years
