Bulk of prep finished.

Gonna go put baby down for nap. Will throw rest of dinner together before I head out for the night and wife gets home.

1 hour 10min prep period. Probably 30mins throwing burrito together / salsa / cut tomatoes, cheese etc.

Lol at charcoal grills take to long.
