first 25 mins suck

really boring stuff around some village so far. the first Predator with Arnold had a legit good beginning
this sloot feels she needs to prove it to herself that she can hunt... even though some guy had to carry her back from the last time.

swamp scene was okay
gay bear scene (and CGI)
her explaining to her pals about the pred was off. you would think she would be screaming and going ape sh*t to them at what she just saw - and what she survived. not explaining it so casually. i guess she knew they wouldn't believe her
and then she beats up a man? yeah okay jeff
luckily i am working.. watching this with 100% would be painful so far
people ******** said it was 9/10 (not so far)

If you can't be okay with the main character, you will hate the movie.
As a movie, it is okay, moves along, and is not boring. However, the main character issue could have been handled WAY better.

Watched it based on Misc recommendations, fell asleep before the end srs. Trash tier movie. The franchise as a whole has been terrible after the first movie, not many franchises can claim to be that terrible

the camp fight scene was pretty good where the sloots friend got smoked with the 2 claws through the chest. not sure how the pred could take so much damage though and not retreat. they are a tactical hunter. so i don't think they would just stand there and take a dozen or so hits. but then again this is a different generation of predator

well it is over. 1 on 1 with the pred.
and the pred killed himself... goodness. whoever wrote that part of the movie needs firing
and brings home the head of the hunter. to prove she is worthy. the best hunter of the tribe.
was that the pistol she threw to the chief from Predator 2 with Danny Glover?
overall a sh*tter. 5/10 (but with decent scenery throughout)
all the money, and ideas they had to make a kickass movie and they made some PG13 that could really be named anything

I thought it was worth a watch.
Was Loling @ the thread on here about it. We had actual retardcels arguing about how she wouldnt be able to kill the predator because XYZ. Forgetting that its a damn movie and the predator isnt a real thing, and the entire thing is made up for entertainment.

Most overrated movie of the year.
The lengths that people go to ignore all its plotholes and inconsistencies is amazing. I was watching this movie with a friend and we had to pause it several times to laugh at the endless amount of stupidity that was happening on the screen.
My favorite part has to be the final 20 minutes of the movie:
- Girl somehow manages to escape from the predator in the woods (used a teleport magic)
- Somehow manages to sneak up behind the fat guy drinking water for what seemed to be an hour and never raised his head up to see her
- Knocked him out and dragged his obese fat ass into the woods which was pretty far away (100 lbs skinny person and no muscles dragging a 400 lbs weight, think about that)
- Managed to amputate his legs without him waking up from pain
- Ate some magical flower that made her body so cold that predator couldn't see her (yet no side effects whatsoever lmao)
- Fights the predator, kicks his ass, makes him so stupid and defenseless that he cuts his own arm off
- Sets up a perfect trap using his own outer space advanced alien technology which requires predator to be at the exact right moment and the exact right spot for it to work (one in a million chance)
- Of course predator is dumb enough to fall for the trap and blow his own brains out
- The girl returns to the village with predator's head and not a single scratch on her face. She's a hero. Roll the credits.
It's sad how far the quality of Hollywood and audience has fallen for people to watch this sh*t and say "yep 10 out of 10 best since the original"

Hollywood is in real trouble when this is the type of modern carefree audience we're dealing with. You're pretty much forced to shut your brain off while watching this sh*t, all because some lazy director or script writer couldn't bother spending a few extra hours coming up with a better idea. What happened to quality control ffs.

There were so many that they hit like a machine gun and you can end up just accepting it to get through the movie.
