Friend of mine owns her home. She let a friend of a friend stay in a room for what was supposed to be a few weeks or a month. He got his mail sent there and now he's refusing to leave or pay anything until evicted and he said he knows how to fight, said it will take 90 days for her to do it. She has a 14 and 16 year old daughters. He has been arrested for DUI and for driving without insurance or license recently, he is out of bail now. She caught him grabbing his junk staring at her 16 year old daughter. She told him to get out by what was today. He is standing his ground, ready to fight. He didn't actually touch her or try anything (at least we don't think so) but he's a drunk and we know how drunks get. I told her maybe she needs to call the cops about it. She said she doesn't want to ruin his life or put her kids through it. But anyways, how stupid is it for a single man to try to squat on a single mom with teenage daughters?
