Is it normal to be alone

Like maybe I’m better alone. Never really saw the point in having a gf follow me around. Never really had friends. Now I’m 40 with no kids. I enjoy my alone time. I also eat what I want and do what I want. I’m currently seeing someone but she has 2 kids and I had a 6 year relationship with a wobb N an with 2 boys in which I lived with. I don’t want to do that again . I read the threads on how most guys refuse to raise another persons kids too. I don’t mind but it’s too much at this age.it’s also costing me money. I’m thinking about even ending the dating game and just being solo for life

Sounds like a miserable existence, and I think you know that too

If your idea of a relationship at 42 yo is “having a gf follow you around” it’s no surprise you don’t have healthy relationships. Yikes

the only thing that's worse than being 40 and single is being 40 and married to a women you hate with a bunch of little sh*ts running around caausing drama

that's what i think

Well most relationships I see is a dude with a chick doing all of the stuff he does and things she never did before. Like his feminine double. Seems strange to me. Like the woman I was with before had 2 boys and they respected me calling me yes sir and were big into sports and gaming and we had fun together everyday. She had her own room and I had mine too. We respected each other’s privacy but that’s hard to find. My parents came to visit me this week too and I can’t go to the gym. I can’t do much. I’m going crazy agd I realize that I don’t want to be stuck with anyone
