My brother told me this guy came to our flat in Eastern Europe [pic] srs

Me and my brother own a flat in East Europe as that is where I am from.

We want to rent it out. I am in the UK, so he does this for me and I let him get more rent.

This guy comes for a viewing with his GF:

Likes the flat, but tells my brother he has "cashflow problems". But gives my brother his IG randomly LOL (this is where I took the pic from).

We obviously are not going to rent it out to him and his GF but imagine this level of HBB at non-Chad looks, low IQ and he is not even a drug-dealer to be able to sugar daddy.
