learned something about work/job
if you can find something you are really good at , get very knowledgeable about it that no one else can do. You can literally get away with anything.
I work with a couple of guys that are really good at certain things no one else can do.
They come in late, leave early. watch movies/videos all day.
but say another guy that doesn't know that thing tries it ? the boss jumps their ass
just lol

If you're willing to actually work and get sht done quickly, you'll never have a problem since higher-ups will notice who is knocking everything out. Knowledge is important but a solid work ethic will get you very far. That along with my ability to learn/retain new things is why I've moved up so much over the years without a degree SRS
