anyone else fall asleep after a fap? (very srs)

i know i am pre-diabetic..not on metformin or anything for it.

but is there a way not to pass out after a fap? usually if i do it in the afternoon before 6pm i'll pass out. or if i've had a busy day and its a little after dinner.

please help. i could drink a monster and still fall asleep.

No falling asleep but I always feel slightly disgusted with myself and suffer mild depression for a few minutes.
